1. How do order janitorial service through Janisaurus?

 

Ordering service through Janisaurus is simple and only takes a few minutes.  First choose the location where you would like to have your service. Second choose the category that best fits your service needs.  Third enter the approximate square footage to be cleaned and customize your scope of work with service items you want. Review and submit your request to local providers.  Finally you will need to select which Service Provider (SP) you would like to perform your service.

 

2. What are Labor-Hours?

 

A Labor-Hour is a unit to measure the amount of work one person can accomplish in one hour.   To create a fair environment for both customers and Service Providers Janisaurus measures service requests in labor hours.  Service Requests are contracted for Labor-Hours and/or the completion of the customers scope of work. Janisaurus Service Providers use Labor-Hours to complete a customers service request.

 

3.  I submitted a request, now what?

After submittal, your request will be forwarded to local service providers who are qualified and available to complete your request.  These Service Providers will have the opportunity to either “Accept” or “Decline” your request. Any service providers who accepts your request will show on the “Choose Your SP” page.  To continue you must choose a Service Provider from the “Choose Your SP” page. The “Choose Your SP” page is located from the Menu>MyServices>Upcoming>Job ID>Job Details>View All SP (bottom).

 

 

4.  How much does it cost?

 

The cost of your Service Request is based on 2 factors. The first is the amount of Labor-Hours you request, the second is the Janisaurus Service Provider’s Hourly T&M Rate you choose.  Janisarus adds a small platform fee to the subtotal get the final price.

 

5.  How do I pay my service provider?

 

Payments are automatically processed through Janisaurus, so you do not need to worry about writing a check or paying in cash.  You can choose what credit card you would like to use for your payment method when create

 

6. How do I enter a promo code?

 

If you have a Janisaurus Promo Code you can enter it when creating your service request.  The Promo Code entry field is located near the bottom of the “Service Review” page.

 

7. How can a Service Provider complete my request?

 

Your Service Provider can complete your Service Request by one of two ways.  (1) The Service Provider can complete the task items described in your Scope of Work, or (2) The Service Provider can exhaust all the requested labor hours.

9.  How soon can I receive service?

 

All Janisaurus Service Request have a 2 Hour Lead Time from when it is created.  If you would like your Service Provider to start early, you can message or call them from within the Janisaurus App, (assuming they are available).

 

10.  How can I cancel a service request?

You can cancel a Service Request without penalty only before you choose your Service Provider.  If for any reason you have to cancel your service request after you have selected your Service Provider, Janisaurus reserves the right to charge a Cancellation Fee of 40% of the Service Requests cost or $20.00 (whichever is higher).
